Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics to gather statistical data in an anonymous and aggregate form. The data thus collected is kept for 26 months. The Google Analytics code was anonymised with a special function  (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2763052?hl=en), and the Analytics account was set to not gather personal information. Therefore, it is not necessary to obtain a prior consent from the user who in any case may decide to independently remove the cookies from the browser using the instructions provided in the special section below or install the special plug-in provided by Google (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Function: It records a unique ID that is used to generate statistical data on how visitors use the website.

Function: Used to send data to Google Analytics regarding the device and behaviour of the user. Keeps track of users on devices and marketing channels.

Google Maps

The website uses Google Maps to show users the company’s address. Nevertheless, by using this function, cookies that Google could use for other purposes are installed, for example for profiling and to customise advertising. Therefore, the functions associated with Google Maps will not be activated without the user’s expressed consent to use profiling cookies.

NID
Function: contains a unique ID that is used by Google to store the user’s preferences and other information, for example the preferred language, the number of searches that the user wishes to show on each page (for example 10 or 20) and the preference on activating the SafeSearch filter by Google. Obtaining consent

The user’s consent is gathered upon the first visit to the website through a banner which shows several mandatory information regarding the cookies used by the website.
